During the first 3 days, you will enjoy full access to the membership acquired, however, on day 3, your automatic top-up will initiate and we will charge the full price ( 46.40 EUR) for the membership.
The recurrent charge for the membership is set to be paid every 14 days from the day of the subscription, and will be deducted from selected payment method.
Yes, you can always change your membership by accessing “Log in”, “My Profile”, “Upgrade Your Plan”, then you can choose your preference and click on “Update plan”

* Your recurring membership price can be downgraded to a lower pricing model as an automatic service after signing up. If this change occurs your receipts will reflect the new subscription price.

You will receive a confirmation email regarding the cancellation of your membership.
* Please note that you are not able to cancel your membership within the first 24 hours while we update the registration details.
We do not issue refunds on the membership plan prices or digital products, as both provide immediate full access to the service or product, and no returns or refunds are allowed for these types of orders.
Once a user submits a request for cancellation, will have available two options:
- Users can cancel the membership service without incurring extra fees if remain with the current membership for an extended period of :days days starting the date of the request, or
- Users can cancel the membership service with immediate effect by paying 8.40 EUR
